Cancellations and Refund
Cancellations
Appointment once booked can only be canceled in the first 1-2 hours after booking for a 100% refund.
Last moment cancellations include only a 50% refund.
Rescheduling post 2 hours of booking is at the discretion of your psychologist.
Refunds
Refunds shall be made within 24 hours after the cancellation.
How long does each therapy session take?
Each therapy session is for 60 minutes. Any session that exceeds the limit by 10 minutes shall result in additional fee.
