Personal Data : Name, Age, Email Address, Phone Number, Payment Method Used (UPI ID/Bank details)
Client Records : All sessions have an outline of the information spoken maintained in a file for record keeping.
Your Data and Disclosure
Confidential Data : In accordance to psychotherapy practices and regulations, information shared during the session is covered by confidentiality regulations and will not be shared with third party without your express consent.Â
Exception : Any information that is mandated by law or judicial body and requires disclosure shall be extended. Some personally identifiable information may be disclosed if we feel that you may be considered a threat to yourself or others.
Children's Privacy
Therapy with Shreya offers services for children. Services are offered by our psychologist who has advanced training in 'Child and Adolescent Mental Health'. Information for privacy for clients below the age 18:
1. If you are aged between 13-18, please ensure you have parental consent to use this website as your usage automatically implies that your parents or legal guardians have read this policy and agree to it.
2. Any information shared during the session, remains protected by confidential regulations and will not be disclosed to parents/guardians without consent.
3. If any threat of harm to self or others is detected, personal information such as location and/or nature of threat shall be shared with regards to mandates by law.
